News For You

We are honored to be able to serve our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ by assisting you.

    1. We are pleased to report that the request we had for a Bible in Malaysia is being delivered, and that the person it was sent to is doing well in view of the tragic circumstances that have taken place in that region. As you are probably aware, many other people have not been so fortunate; please continue to pray for the lives of those who have survived the earthquake and resulting tsunami. Pray that their eyes and hearts will be awakened to their need for peace between them and God. Pray that they will see the Light of Jesus Christ and turn to Him for their only hope of entering into salvation and His Kingdom.

We also would ask for your prayers for the person that requested a Bible from Indonesia. We have tried contacting them, but have not heard back. Please pray that they are alive and that the Word of God that they receive will be one that allows them to share the mercy and goodness of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Happy New Year, and may the God of our Salvation bring to you the Joy and Peace of His Love to you this year. We are definitely living in troubled times, and it is sometimes difficult to understand why there is so much death and suffering in the world. The problem isn't with God, He desires that no one die, but that all people would come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). Many do not like to hear the truth, but when Jesus was asked why certain people were killed He asked, "do you think that these Galileans were sinners above all the Galileans? I tell you no, but unless you repent, you all will die likewise ( Luke 13:2-3)". The problem isn't that the people in the wake of the tsunami were more sinful than you or me, the problem is that we are all sinners deserving of death. We to will face God’s wrath unless we repent from our sins and turn to God (John 3:36). For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God (John 3:16-21).
